We collect or use the following information in order to provide our services (including conducting ID, health and Drivers licence checks to meet insurance requirements), operate our customer accounts, prevent and detect fraud, market our business and comply with any requests for data from regulatory authorities or statutory reporting requirements

How long we keep information 

We will not keep your personal information longer than is required. For company record keeping purposes  we are required by law to keep certain documents, like signed agreements and financial transaction information for up to 7 years.

We share your information with our insurance company, rental software and payment service providers in order to be able to process your bookings. 

Others we share personal information with 

  • Professional or legal advisors 
  • Relevant regulatory or fraud and financial investigation authorities 
  • External auditors or inspectors 
  • Organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with 

Keeping your personal data secure 

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your personal data will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
