2026 pricing 

Full day (over 5 hrs) £150 - 200 mile limit 

Half day (5hrs) £110 - 100 mile limit 

Evening (3hrs after 5pm) £80 - 60mile limit 

Weekend £300 (Friday after 5pm until Sunday 8pm) - 350 mile limit 

Full week and longer term hire up to 28 days available on request. Message us to get a bespoke quote. 

£500 security deposit applies to all hires - we operate this by way of a card hold which is released in full on safe return of the horsebox. Bank transfers also possible on request. 

Our standard times for pick up and drop off are 8am and 8pm for full day hires and 1pm drop off / pick up time for half day hires. Pick up and drop off outside these times is possible subject to advance agreement and availability. Early pick up / late drop off charges of £20 apply.

Excess mileage charged at 75p a mile. 

Optional extras:

- Hay or haylage net prepared and tied up in the box (per horse) £6

- Sorbeo bedding added to the horse area (per horse) £10

- Local yard pick up and drop off £50

- Horse area cleaning service £50

Both the horsebox and any equipment provided are fully disinfected between hires.
